Part Time In-House Attorney in Dulles, Virginia
Hourly Rate: 28.00 - 32.00

The M.C. Dean Legal Dept. seeks a part-time lawyer (20-25 hours per
week). The work hours can be tailored to work around school hours
(i.e. 8/9:00 a.m. - 1/2:00 p.m.). Pay will be $28-32 per hour. Part
time employees are not eligible for medical and other employee
benefits, so this is an hourly rate job. The legal work includes (1)
reviewing, drafting, negotiating and counseling with respect to
construction, IT services, telecommunications and general commercial
contracts, (2) some employment law matters such as EEOC and DOL
administrative hearings, (3) lien filings, (4) real estate
transactions, and (5) legal research.
Requirements:
Legal research ability, drafting skills and counseling skills. Some
experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is desirable.
Past legal work in construction law, IT services or
telecommunciations would be helpful, but isn't required (will
train).
NOTES: US Residents Only. No employee benefits included. This is an
