Wanted: opportunities for career-minded part-timers

* Defining MOM...

SAHM = Stay at Home Mom: Devoted entirely to the business of raising a healthy, happy family and voluteering within the community.
WAHM = Work at Home Mom: Devoted to raising a family with some side income with typically home sales/personal businesses like Mary Kay, Creative Memories, Stamp It Up, and Pampered Chef to name a few.
CAHM = Career at Home Mom: Full time mom, part time career woman in a professional/technical field both in or outside the home trying to bake her cake and eat it too! Often has the BEST and worst of both worlds.
COHM = Career Outside Home Mom: Works full time outside the home and still comes home with energy to spare for her children and family.

BlankPart time paralegal/attorney for Elder Law/Advance directives/Guardianships/Probate practice

I am looking for a part time person to work under contract with my growing elder law practice in the District of Columbia. The field includes disability and estate planning, advance directives, conservatorships/guardianships, and probate as well as assorted related issues. The practice is part law, part paperwork and part social work (visiting wards and responding to medical emergencies).

Mine is a roll-up-your sleeves, very informal office, mixing laughter, compassion and hard work. Ability to drive within and without the District essential.
