Come help us establish and grow our client loyalty studies. We are
expanding the frequency of our loyalty studies as well as launching 2
new ones in 2007. We need part-time help for 2007.
This contract position is ideal for:
-A recent graduate in market research looking to build their hands-on
research experience, OR
-An experienced market researcher who is looking for the flexibility
of less than full-time hours each week
The position is flexible to start in March or April 2007.
Overview and Responsibilities:
Research Studies involved:
-2 current client studies fielding in May and October
-2 new client studies fielding in July and January
-1 current client study for an operations group fielding in October
Project manage execution of loyalty studies, including:
-Refine list criteria
-Work with database marketing to secure list
-Coordinate with survey vendor
-Direct analyses w/ the survey vendor
-Create core survey presentation slides
-Optional—co-present study findings with various business groups
-Note: Most studies are mail based; some web-based
Design loyalty studies:
-Overhaul 1 new client study following guidelines of the recently
overhauled current client studies
-Create 1 new client study from scratch
-Create 1 current client study for an operations group
-Refine 2nd wave of existing tracking studies as necessary
Other potential market research projects:
-Potential for involvement in design and/or project management of
other research projects as they come up
Work requirements:
-Estimate approximately 5-15 hours per week, depending on stage in
project cycle
-Must be available to be on-site at least part-time for meetings at
our downtown Financial District office, as necessitated by the
projects and schedules
-Okay to work from home part-time after start-up period
-No travel required
Skills/Experience/Education:
-Degree in market research or at least 3 years experience in
quantitative market research
-Experience in analyzing cross-tabulation data
-Knowledge and experience in multiple regression analysis and
quadrant maps
-Experience in conducting Satisfaction and Loyalty Research Surveys
is a plus
-Familiarity with financial services or industries who sell to
clients via a sales force is a plus
