Small, immigration-only law firm seeks attorney with demonstrated
passion/interest/experience in immigration. The successful candidate will
make court appearances in immigration court, represent clients in
administrative interviews, write briefs to Board of Immigration Appeals,
etc. Our practice runs the gamut of immigration law, from asylum to
employment- and family-based petitions, to complications caused by criminal
convictions. Second language helpful but not required.
I'm going on maternity leave in October, and so looking for someone to
replace me. The person would ideally work full-time (or close to full time,
4-5 days a week) starting in September, and then part-time (3 days a week or
equivalent) after I come back, also part-time, in February.
