While I don't know all the details, I'm pretty sure this is more of an affilate type program and unless you are very committed, as with all of the other home based businesses, you will not be making a ton of money, let alone a billion.
Definitely check it out if it interests you but with eyes wide open. This is potentially a good place to start if you are always taking pictures for your child's classroom and have people to send useful pixs as opposed to straight spam.
