Merchandise/Inventory Planner Position
One of the founders of Tea Collection, a wonderful line of children's clothing, is recruiting for a position that might be interesting to the women in this group.

"Our part-time planner is moving out of state and we are hoping to find
someone who fits her profile. She has extensive merchandising
experience but wanted to take on a role that was less corporate and
required less travel and politics. She works 2-3 days/week managing all
of our planning (purchasing, merchandise selling analysis, margin/sales
forecasting) . She is overqualified for the position - but as a result,
she can do the work quickly and efficiently. From what she says, it is
worth the trade-off because she is able to spend more time with her
toddler - and still keep her career "on track." She contributes on
every level - from product to finance. We have been incredibly
fortunate to work with her.

So we want to find someone who fits this profile .... Ideally with
experience in baby/kids apparel.

Please write to me if you might be interested. We aren't in a hurry
because our planner will work remotely while we find her replacement
.... The position could start immediately or we can wait until February.
